  • Will review. regarding allowing Ping on the wan interface (wan up address 1st kB article), how to identify and contain/program the ips from the Spectrum isp? That is, to allow pinging, only from them, but close off, from the world. Thank you.

  • Thank you for quick reply. I was aware of product end of life cycle, however, your answer does not explain ip address slip. That is, is the carrier, isp or firewall at fault? Or slip is something else? disclosure: I emailed SonicWall customer service about replacement recommendations. thank you
